If you're using Fastener SuperStore parts in products that you are then selling, or if for some other reason you have a tax exempt status, we can set up your account to permanently exclude sales tax from your orders.

As our business has grown, we have been required to transition into collecting tax in states where our sales reach certain thresholds.

We have recently created a sales tax information center where you can access the forms required to set your account up as tax exempt. Simply click on the link above and check the list of states where we are required to charge sales tax.

If your state is listed, download / fill out the appropriate form and return it to [email protected]. Once we have your form, we will note your registered purchasing account with a "tax exempt" status, and you will no longer be charged sales tax on your orders.

If you prefer to not use a registered account, we will still keep your form on file and you can simply check the "We Have A Resale Number" box in the "Sales Tax" area of our checkout, and we will verify your status once the order is placed.
